Green Coral and Fish

The FXB Climate Advocates program equips youth to understand how climate change impacts their communities and to take action to address climate change.

 

Students will learn from experts from the FXB Center for Health and Human Rights at Harvard University,  New York University, Project Drawdown, and Citizens' Climate Lobby, among others.

 

By joining this program, students will learn from experts, connect with a global network of youth from over 50 countries, and receive support to implement a climate action project.


Fall 2023 Cohort Application Deadline: September 8, 2023, at 17:00 EST. 

The Fall 2023 program will begin on Saturday, September 23rd, and end on Friday, December 15th. All sessions are held on Saturdays from 10 am to 12 pm ET via Zoom.

 

Eligibility Criteria:
 

  • 25 or under 25 years of age in 2023

  • Ability to commit a minimum of 3 hours a week to the program

  • Sufficient English language proficiency

  • A laptop/device and reliable internet connectivity

  • Interest in climate action and carrying out a community action project

Selection Process:
 

1) All applications submitted by the deadline will be evaluated on demonstrated interest and thoroughness.
2) Select applicants will be invited for a 15-minute Zoom interview during the week of September 11th.

3) Admission decisions will be emailed on Monday, September 18th.
