Who are we?
FXB International is a non-governmental organization that has been fighting against extreme poverty for over 30 years. FXB works in over 11 countries, including Rwanda, South Africa, Mongolia, India, and France.
FXB has pioneered a poverty reduction model, FXBVillage, which is an integrated program that addresses multidimensional poverty. 86% of participating households have been lifted out of extreme poverty.
FXB International works in 5 domains;
FXB’s projects strengthen resilience and adaptive capacity to climate-related hazards and natural disasters, as well as improve education and raise awareness on climate change mitigation and adaptation.
Since its founding in 1989, FXB positively impacted 18 million adults and children.

FXB USA focuses on climate change through its FXB Climate Advocates program.
What do we do?
Globally, 59% of youth and young adults said they were very or extremely worried about the impacts of climate change. Meanwhile, only 53% of national educational curriculums reference climate change.
Therefore, the FXB Climate Advocates program is filling a void in climate education and meeting a critical need to address the root cause of the climate crisis: providing youth with the tools and resources to take action.
Our program focuses on climate solutions and action so youth can harness their hope and optimism into tangible change in their communities.
