23, Malawi, School Permaculture Guild gardening project

“This project is all about teaching learners and demonstrating permaculture design tools (Guild, mulching, swales) at school, in order to plant diverse crops to create a highly productive and sustainable school garden. The desired project outcome is hands-on learning (agriculture lessons) and nutritious foods for learners (harvests). The current results are that children are able to make their own Permaculture Guild beds where they plant diverse crops to help each other to thrive. 501-1000 people have been impacted so far.”
