Mercedes Asamani

I am Mercedes Rowe Asamani, a climate activist, research assistant, policy analyst, youth leadership development advocate, a gender advocate with experience in various areas in my work with various national and international organisations and civil society organisations as well. I am the founder and executive director of the Institute for Inclusive development, an NGO into Climate activism, gender advocacy, advocacy for good governance, and quality and accessible education. I have worked in several capacities with the Commonwealth Youth Council, National Students Union of Ghana, All-Africa Students Union, UNESCO, Global Students Forum, the Hoover Institution of the Stanford University, etc and a one-time semi-finalist of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, a YALI Alumni, a MasterCard Baobab platform mentor, a CEIBS-Young African Works alumni, etc. My academic and professional background inspire my activism to contribute to societal change. I also run Rowe Consulting where we provide various virtual assistant and writing services.
