Our project is about valorisation of dairy byproducts for environmental protection and improvement of nutrition security. We achieve this by transforming whey which pollute environment and sometimes fed to animal into instant whey powder. We tried to see all possibilities of transforming whey into valuable products and we have achieved it and we are aimed to transform it into powder for further use.
