Elizabeth Wedende: Greener World (Tree planting and forest conservation)

Deforestation is a significant contributor to climate change that leads to loss of biodiversity and contributes to carbon emissions which is source of green house gases, promoting tree planting and Forest conservation initiatives can help mitigate climate change impacts and other benefits. We have been able to conduct climate change talks among youths and we have also been able to create awareness via different media platforms with regards to climate change. Furthermore, we have been able to plant over 50,000 trees in different parts of our country.
