“Khairi Sabi is a Guinea-based company that aims to introduce technologies that maximize sustainable local rice production (barabarai). The company designs and manufactures eco-friendly machines such as parboil rice machines to increase local rice production. Khairi Sabi has developed an eco-friendly parboiling rice machine which uses alternative sustainable sources of energy such as biomass or solar power.This will not only reduce the cost of parboiling but also reduces the environmental impact. 501-1000 people have been impacted so far.”
