I'm Amr Abdou, a 24-year-old from Egypt. I have a bachelor's degree in urban planning, specialized in environmental planning, and work as a geographic information system specialist. Recently and after my participation in COP-27, I started an initiative called "climate language" work on climate education and raise awareness about climate change issues using the Arabic language since less than 1% of articles and research in regards to climate change and green transition are written in Arabic. My career goal is to play a role in the participation of youth and young people in climate change advocacy and put our thoughts on the decisionmaker's priorities.
